Porting the Striped Smith-Waterman Library to RISC-V via LLM-Driven Translation

An automated pipeline that uses large language models to translate vector code from x86 to RISC-V. Tested on genomic alignment (Smith-Waterman), it reaches up to 21.7× speedup without anyone writing a single line by hand. Presented at SARTECO 2026.
